Work in the field

Interested in helping MSF to run its medical projects? Every year more than 3,800 international staff combine their strengths and skills to join more than 39,000 staff from the countries in which we work to provide medical care to those who need it the most.

Our staff work during conflicts and epidemics, and following natural disasters, the conditions are challenging, but the rewards are enormous.

We need medical and non-medical staff to make our work possible. Do you think you have what it takes? Find out more about who we are looking for, the employment conditions, and how to apply below.

MSF is an equal opportunity employer and does not charge any application, recruitment, medical examination or training fees.

MSF is committed to giving staff working in their home countries opportunities to take their valuable experience to work in our projects overseas.

If you are an MSF member of staff working in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Ethiopia or Sudan who is interested in working outside of your home country, please approach your HR coordinator for details. They will be able to advise on the process, the criteria and where to apply – via our website or directly with the headquarter office you are currently working for.
