Friends of MSF
Becoming a Friend of Médecins Sans Frontières/ Doctors Without Borders (MSF) holds significant benefits, including the opportunity to support humanitarian activities, and to advance MSF’s work. Payment of the membership fee is a crucial step to joining this dedicated community.
Members are expected to abide by the standard MSF gifts acceptance policies, which provide a framework for fostering a strong sense of community and high standards of conduct. By enrolling as a Friend of MSF, you will be supporting a reputable and transparent organisation dedicated to providing free medical assistance to those who need it most.
MSF has an office in Kenya that supports programmes in the country and the Eastern Africa region. By becoming a Friend of MSF, you are contributing to this critical work and making a tangible impact on the lives of those who need it most.

Individual Membership
Annual Contribution: KES 5,000
Open to All Professions: Membership is open to all professions that can contribute to and support MSF. Must align with individual gift acceptance policy.
Student/Youth Contribution: KES 500

Corporate/Foundations Membership
Annual Contribution: Minimum amount of Kes. 50,000 annually
Open to All Corporations that align with MSF’s corporate gift acceptance policy.
Benefits:
- Dedicated Webpage: Recognition as a friend of MSF on the website.
- Logo Use: Permission to use the MSF logo on their website and share the social impact in blogs (subject to a minimum contribution of Kes. 1,000,000 and approval).
- Mapathon for employees (subject to a minimum contribution of Kes. 1,000,000 and approval).
- Invitations to Special Events: Exclusive access to MSF events, providing networking opportunities and insights.
- Impact Reports: Detailed reports on the impact of their grants and areas of interest.
- Select Mailings: Insider letters from the Executive Director and annual reports.
