As the worst Ebola outbreak in the history of Democratic Republic of Congo enters its second year, health officials warn that the situation on the ground is still volatile. In July, between 80 and 100 people were diagnosed with the disease each week. Uganda experienced its first Ebola case in June after the victim travelled from DRC, while Goma, a city of 1.5 million people in DRC, recorded its second case just this week. And as Purity Museo reports the Ebola pandemic seems to be far way ahead of medical response.
