A long drought and continuous insecurity have displaced 3.8 m people from their homes in the hope of finding food, clean water, shelter, and healthcare. In Dhobley, MSF discovered that levels of malnutrition among children under 5 are alarming and people struggle to access basic services, including healthcare.
